The first lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a student involved in the Liberty school bus crash last month. The family of six-year-old Andrew Hubbard says he was sitting in the front row of the bus when it hit two cars and careened into a yard at a busy intersection. The suit describes his injuries as “catastrophic.” He is still in the hospital. Eight defendants are named. The family has not asked for a specific amount.
