Defensive end Jay Williams, who was signed by the Rams in March, has been cut. Williams was released by the Dolphins and was looking to make his second stint with the Rams. He played for the team for five seasons before leaving to sign with the Panthers. After two seasons there, he spent the last three with the Dolphins.
