Two year-old Bryson King probably won’t remember getting hit in the head by an Albert Pujols line drive when he gets older. But he’ll certainly have some nice souvenirs to prove it happened.

The little boy was struck by a Pujols foul ball on Monday night and suffered a skull fracture. King was sent to the hospital and released on Wednesday. But before he went home, he was visited by Pujols, who gave him some impressive gifts for his trouble. The Cardinals All-Star firstbaseman gave King a number of autographed memorabilia, including baseballs, batting gloves, a cap and a bat.

Bryson King will be OK. He told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, “I’m tough.”
