The 20th ranked Missouri baseball team knows its fate, after taking two of three from Baylor over the weekend. Mizzou’s performance was good enough to earn them the fourth seed in this week’s Big 12 Conference Tournament. The Tigers will open the tournament with fifth-seeded Oklahoma, who they beat twice in three games last month.

Mizzou put together a comeback win on Sunday to top Baylor 10-4 in Waco. MU trailed 3-1 before exploding for six runs in the seventh inning to blow the game out of the water. Hunter Mense, John McKee and Gary Arndt all drove in two runs apiece for MU.

Doug Mathis pitched five innings of relief for the Tigers to collect the win. Missouri took two out of three from Baylor over the weekend and cost the Bears sole possession of the regular season Big 12 championship and the top seed in the conference tournament. That went to Nebraska.

Missouri is 37-19 overall and finished 16-11 in conference play.
