The Central Missouri State baseball team advanced to the NCAA Division II College World Series with a 10-1 win over Nebraska-Omaha on Saturday. The Mules took advantage of 11 walks by the Mavericks—three of which came with the bases loaded—to advance to the CWS for the sixth straight season. CMSU third baseman Josh Eftink took two of those bases-loaded walks. Tim VanMatre and Brian McBryde drove in three runs apiece for Central.

Meanwhile, Mules starting pitcher Josh Outman issued their only walk and pitched six innings for the win.

Central Missouri State, which is ranked #1 in the nation will now head to Montgomery, Alabama to face #2 Florida Southern for their first round game on Saturday. CMSU is 55-7 on the season.
