A Kansas City area judge has entered not guilty pleas for the two people charged with killing three-year-old Erica Green – previously known as Precious Doe. The little girl’s mother, Michelle Johnson and the child’s stepfather, Harrell Johnson, made their appearances in court after deputies had brought them back from Oklahoma. Harrell Johnson is charged with kicking the youngster in the head so hard she passed out, and layed on the floor for possibly up to a couple of days until she died. Prosecutors also charge Michelle Johnson played a part in the beheading and dumping of her daughter’s body. An arraignment for both is set for Monday.
