A building under construction in downtown Springfield has collapsed, leaving two people injured. A worker smoothing concrete on the second floor of the two-story building was hurt when the floor gave way beneath him and he fell about 15 feet. Another worker was on the outside of building. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Investigators have not determiend the cause for the collapse.
