If the Chiefs want to trade draft picks for Miami cornerback Patrick Surtain they need to move quickly. The NFL draft begins Saturday. As it stands, the Dolphins want the Chiefs pick in the second round and Kansas City seems unwilling to give it to them. Surtain, who made 40 tackles and picked off four passes in 2004, will make $5.85 million in 2005.
