The Kansas City Chiefs and wide receiver Marc Boerigter have come to terms on a one-year deal that will pay him $656,000 next season. Boerigter has three years of experience, but in reality he’s played just two seasons in the NFL after missing the 2004 campaign with a knee injury. In his rookie season, he caught 20 passes, eight of which were touchdowns, but followed up in 2003 with 11 receptions and no touchdowns.

Boerigter’s season came to an end last summer when he tore an ACL in his right knee during a pre-season game against the Browns.
