Some baseball teams in the MIAA conference will have their win-loss record affected by a ruling by the NCAA yesterday. Scheduled seven-inning games that are not a part of a double header between the same schools are not allowed and results from those games will be thrown out. Some of the games in question are seven-inning games in double headers between three schools.

This ruling will have a direct effect on Central Missouri St., which is currently the number one ranked team in the NCAA Division II poll. Before this decision, they had a record of 34-3. This will erase a 1-0 win over Winona (Minn.) St. on February 26 and a 6-0 victory over Southern Illinois-Edwardsville on February 27.

In total, 24 games played by MIAA Conference schools will be erased from the books.
