The Rams have welcomed defensive end Jay Williams back into the fold, by signing him to a three year contract. Williams, who played for the Rams from 1994-1999, had 37 tackles and two sacks with the Dolphins last season.
Williams played two seasons in Carolina after leaving St. Louis and spent the last three in Miami. Williams agreed to a pay cut to re-join the Rams. The Chiefs brought Williams in for a free agent visit last week.
