The reward fund for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killer or killers of a State Highway Patrol Trooper is on the rise. Originally, the Missouri State Troopers Association had offered a $5,000 reward for information on the murder of Sergeant Carl Graham, who was shot to death last Sunday outside his home near Van Buren. That reward is now up to $30,000, thanks to $5,000 from the Illinois Troopers Association and an anonymous donor who has given an additional $20,000. The Patrol has been questioning an individual they refer to as a “person of interest,” but no charges have been filed.
