A Missouri Highway Patrol officer who lived near Van Buren has been found dead in his home, apparently from a gunshot wound. The Sheriff’s Office in Carter County says the Patrol will have a statement later today about the death of Sergeant Carl Dewayne Graham, who was off-duty but still in uniform when he was found outside his home. He was 37 and had been with the patrol for 12 years.
