A State Senator who pushed for limits on billboards advertising adult-oriented businesses last year is now zeroeing in on the businesses themselves. The Senate has started debating Senator Matt Bartle’s bill charging customers of those businesses $5 entry fees and charging the business a 20-percent gross receipts tax. Bartle’s bill also would ban private viewing rooms, total nudity, contact between customers and performers, and would restrict operating hours.
