Time is running out for senior citizens to sign up for the Missouri Senior Rx prescription drug benefit. Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder, the state’s advocate for the elderly, says a senior qualifies if he or she is 65-years-old or older, and meets certain income limitations. Seniors have only until Monday to sign up for the Senior Rx plan that begins July 1st. Failure to do so will leave them ineligible for the drug benefit.
