Terry Shea, who was fired after one year as the Bears offensive coordinator, is back with the Chiefs as their quarterbacks coach. Shea was the quarterbacks coach in Kansas City from 2001-2003 before accepting the offensive coordinator position in Chicago, but Shea’s presence didn’t have an immediate affect on the Bears offense—they were last in the NFL in total offense in 2004.
