The Central Missouri St. men and women’s basketball teams played at Missouri-Rolla last night and came away with wins. The CMSU men, ranked 10th in the NCAA Division II poll, crushed the Miners 70-46. The Mules scored the nets by shooting 55 percent from the floor and hit 58 percent of their three pointers. They remain in first place in the MIAA Conference with a league mark of 11-2 and they’re 18-4 overall….The 13th ranked CMSU Jennies had a tougher time against UMR, but held them off for a 71-65 win. Tiffany Vincent led Central with 19 pints, while Lindsey Maple added 17. CMSU is 20-3 and 11-2 in the MIAA.
