The last of the negligence lawsuits filed after a Jefferson City factory shooting in 2003 has been dismissed by a federal judge. A worker at the factory killed three people and wounded five others before killing himself at the Jefferson City police station. A federal magistrate has dismissed the lawsuit agaisnt the security company working at the plant, saying there was no indication the company was hired to provide the kind of security the plaintiffs claimed was supposed to be there.
