The federal prosecutor says he’s likely to seek the death penalty for Lisa Montgomery – the woman accused of murdering a Skidmore mother-to-be and cutting her baby out of her body. Montgomery’s lawyer has entered a not guilty plea on her behalf at her federal arraignment. The final decision on the prosecution of Montgomery will be made by the United States Attorney General, but the prosecutor says he’d like it to become a death penalty case.
