A Columbia police officer has been shot and badly wounded. Other officers have caught a suspect. The wounded police officer is in intenstive care at a Columbia hospital. The video camera in her car recorded the shooting, which happened last night during a routine traffic stop. Early reports in Columbia indicate the suspect was wounded this morning during his capture.
