Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Eric Warfield pleaded no contest Wednesday to a charge of felony drunk driving. The charge is a felony because Warfield has two prior DUI convictions. Under the terms of a plea agreement with Johnson County prosecutors, Warfield would serve 10 days in jail and 80 days on house arrest. He would also pay a $1,500 fine. Formal sentencing is set for March 3. Warfield was stopped in Overland Park, Kansas in September. Police say his blood-alcohol level was 0.189, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08.
