Rams defensive end Leonard Little wants the state’s supreme court to throw out a law that led to his indictment for felony drunk driving earlier this year. His lawyers say that a jury, not a judge should decide whether or not he is considered a persistent offender. That distinction led to his latest arrest being considered a felony. Leonard was nabbed for DWI in April. In 1998 Little, ran a red light, while drunk and hit a woman who later died. He was later convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
