Bud Lathrop wants to coach the Raytown South High School boys basketball team again. Lathrop resigned on Thursday after being suspended for three weeks for using profanity in practice. The Kansas Star reports that he may be able to return, but administrators will make that decision after January 5th, when his suspension would have expired. Lathrop has more wins than any other high school basketball coach in Missouri history with 914.He’s a 2002 inductee of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame.
