The Royals pulled the trigger on two deals yesterday. The long-awaited deal with the Pirates finally happened, as the Royals dealt catcher Benito Santiago for 21-year old minor league pitcher Leo Nunez. The Royals also traded pitcher prospect Jorge Vasquez to Atlanta for former Cardinal utility man Eli Marrero.
