A man denied a concealed gun permit in Buchanan County is going to court to challenge the decision. A hearing will be held December 8th. Gregory Linn Still says the permit application was denied without just cause. The Sheriff’s office says state law allows denial if somebody has a weapons-related conviction. Court records indicate Still was convicted of exhibiting a dangerous and deadly weapon 25 years ago.
