The best player in the Missouri Valley Conference from last season is still a question mark for the SMS women’s basketball team. Junior Guard Keri Koch was listed as doubtful yesterday as the Lady Bears get ready for their second game of the season. They’ll play on the road at Tulsa Wednesday night. Koch, who averaged 17.8 points and 4.4 assists per game last season, sprained a knee in practice and missed the season opening loss at Richmond.
