The Health Director in Missouri’s biggest city says it’s time the city banned smoking in all public places. Kansas City Health Director Rex Archer says one Kansas City nonsmoker dies every week because of second-hand smoke. Archer says other cities that have enacted bans on smoking in public places also have fewer heart attacks.
