Former Missouri Tiger Justin Smith was arrested early Tuesday morning for drunk driving in Montgomery County, Ohio. Smith, who was taken fourth by the Bengals in the 2001 NFL draft, failed a sobriety test and had a blood alcohol level of .152, which is almost double the legal limit in Ohio. The Jefferson City native is Mizzou’s all-time sack leader with 22.5 and his 11 sacks in 2000 is the schools’ single season record, as well. Smith is in his fourth season with Cincinnati and has 20 tackles with one sack this year.
