A 24-year veteran of state government has been named acting Director of the Missouri Department of Social Services. Steven Renne of Columbia will become the interim replacement for outgoing Director Steve Roling, effective October 16th. Renne is a Certified Public Accountant who has served as Deputy Director of the Department since 1989. He’s a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
