It’s getting close to Election Day and the deadline to register to vote is getting closer. Election authorities say if you’ve moved or are listed as inactive, you might need to register again. Wednesday marks the last day in Missouri you can register to vote for the Novemebr 2nd general election. Those who have never registered to vote, have moved since last registering, or are listed as inactive might have to register. Terri Durdaller with the Secretary of State’s office says there are several ways to sign up. Durdaller says there seems to be more interest this year in getting registered to vote. Durdaller says there seems to be particular interest among some of the young voters, especially those who are or will soon turn 18-years-old. She says even 17-year-olds who turn 18 on or before November 2nd can register to vote now.
