But the Cardinals are focused on the play-offs now in particular the Los Angeles Dodgers who they meet in the first round of the play-offs tomorrow afternoon. St. Louis hosts Los Angeles in Busch Stadium beginning at 12 noon. The other teams in the National League are Atlanta and Houston. In the American League, the play-offs shape up as New York versus Minnesota and Anaheim versus Boston. Kansas City failed to make the play-offs. The Royals lost 104 games this year, a club record.
