Lamar Gordon will now get a chance at a starting job. The Rams traded the running back to the Miami Dolphins on Wednesday for a third-round pick in next year’s NFL Draft. Gordon was third on the team’s depth chart at running back, behind Marshall Faulk and Steven Jackson. But he is expected to move up quickly in Miami. Gordon was the Rams second-leading rusher last year with 298 yards. But Gordon missed six of the Rams last 11 games due to injury problems. Gordon had wrist surgery during the offseason, and had ankle surgery in August.
