With less than 60 days to go before Election Day, President Bush is spending the day campaigning in Missouri. The swing through Missouri began last night with a rally in Poplar Bluff. The President then travelled to the Kansas City area for another rally this morning in Lee’s Summit. Next on the schedule: an “Ask the President” forum in Sedalia, followed by another rally in Columbia. Missouri Republican Party officials say the amount of attention being paid to this state is a good indication of the importance the Bush-Cheney Campaign attaches to the Show-Me State.
