An 11-year-old boy has been arrested in Clayton after allegedlyleading police in a chase with a stolen car. The chase ended when thesixth-grader crashed the car just after midnight Thursday. The 11-year-oldand a 13-year-old passenger tried to run, but police caught up with them andarrested them. Two others got away. The children were taken to juveniledetention. The State Highway Patrol says more than 30% of car thieves arrestedin the St. Louis area are under the age of 18.
