Rams right tackle Kyle Turley has left training camp in Macomb, Illinois to have tests done on his ailing back. He learned during the off-season that he had a herniated disk and had surgery to correct it. Turley told reporters that he fears that this setback may be career- threatening. Fearing the worst, the Rams have signed free agent tackle Greg Randall to a one-year deal. Randall started all 16 games for the Houston Texans last season and started for the Patriots, when they beat the Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI.
