The Chairwoman of the Kerry for President Campaign says Missouri remains a key state in its strategy to win the White House. Former New Hampshire Governor JeanneShaheen says the national convention in Boston provided the opportunity to present Kerry to the nation. She denies that amounts to an admission that a $70-Million national ad campaign has been ineffective. Shaheen says the campaign won’t simply rely on an air attack. She says plans call for Kerry to be in Missouri often, because of its status as a battleground state in this election.
