A pair of unlicensed bounty hunters have been sued in Jackson County Circuit Court after they mistakenly broke into a home in search of a woman named Michelle Williams. It was the home of Michelle Williams – the wrong Michelle Williams. The woman whose home was entered has filed a lawsuit on behalf of her two children – one of whom was handcuffed by the bondsmen. The incident occurred earlier this month and the two men were charged with various offenses. This suit targets the bondsmen and ASAP Bail Bonds. An official with the company says this was a mix-up that got out of control.
