Missouri Democrats headed to the Democratic National Convention in Boston next week are being asked to skip some pre-convention parties this weekend. A Boston police union will be picketing at those locations. Missouri Democratic Party Chair May Scheve Reardon is asking Missouri’s delegates not to cross those pickets. Reardon says she’s been told the pickets won’t be set up to stop delegates from going into the actual convention itself. Reardon says all of the state’s delegates she has talked to promise not to cross – no matter where the pickets end up.
