The Chiefs are close to having all of their 2004 draft picks signed after agreeing to terms with defensive lineman Junior Siavii on Wednesday. Siavii, who was a second-round selection out of Oregon, agreed to a six-year contract. Terms were disclosed. Earlier this week Kansas City signed its other second-round pick, tight end Kris Wilson of Pittsburgh and sixth-round wide receiver Jeris McIntyre of Auburn. The only two draftees who haven’t signed are Oregon wide receiver Samie Parker and Idaho St. defensive end Jared Allen—both were fourth-round selections.
