The reward is up for information leading to the recovery of two Independence children missing since June 6th. The reward is now $14,350. Their father, Daniel Porter, is in custody. Police say he refused to return them to his estranged wife after a visit and is not cooperating with investigators. The children are a girl and boy, eight and seven years old.
