The funeral had been over only a few hours when prosecutors filed charges in the death of 16-year-old Dominic Williams, whose body was found in a trash bin a few blocks from his foster home in St. Louis – a few days before his 17th birthday. Charged with first degree murder is 34-year-old Andrew Roberson of St. Louis, who police say made enough statements to detectives to warrant the charge. The two lived close to each other. The trash bin in which Williams’ body was found is about 100 yards from Roberson’s home. Roberson is a convicted sex offender. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the assault of a 14-year-old boy in 1986 and a 15-year-old in 1987. He also is the son of a man executed by the state of Missouri in 1990. Winford Stokes Junior was put to death for strangling and stabbing a waitress he met at a bar.
