Vice President Dick Cheney’s planned campaign visit to Springfield on Friday has been cancelled. Cheney and other Republicans as well as the nation as a whole will be honoring the memory of President Ronald Reagan, who died Saturday after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
