The Columbia Daily Tribune has found a document which says some MU athletes have had to pay back improper benefits. The document is a report MU sent to the NCAA last year. In all, 13 athletes and one recruit paid back a total of $357.88, mostly for meals they shouldn’t have received. Some of the meals were provided by former assistant Lane Odom and current associate head coach Tony Harvey. The ATV ride and meals Ricky Clemons had at University of Missouri President Elson’s Floyd’s house last Fourth of July cost Clemons $20. The money is donated to charity.
