The next casino in the St. Louis area will be in Lemay. The St. Louis County Council has voted to let Pinnacle Entertainment build the casino. It will be the sixth casino in the St. Louis area. Pinnacle wants to put it on an 80 acre environmentally-contaminated site that the county has owned for almost 30 years. Pinnacle says it will spend as much as $20-Million to clean it up. The State Gaming Commission still has to approve the deal.
