A Missouri woman has finished second in the Miss Universe Pageant. Shandi Finessey from Florissant, Miss USA, is the first-runner up in a field of 80 contestants. Miss Australia was crowned the new Miss Universe in a pageant held in Ecuador. The Miss Universe pageant is owned by Donald Trump.
