St. Louis area native, Robby McGehee has a shot to make the Indianapolis 500 now. Not that his racing skills were in doubt, but it’s just hard to qualify when you don’t have a car. Yesterday he got one. He’ll race for Dallara/Chevrolet on Sunday as he makes his rounds in the final qualifying opportunity. McGehee, who calls Chesterfield home, will try to grab one of seven remaining spots left in the field. The Country Day High School product has four Indy 500’s under his belt—his best finish was in 1999 when he came in fifth.
