Linebacker Leonard Little has been excused from Rams mini-camp this weekend. Mike Martz told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Little needed to “get away for a while”, but he expects to see him at the next mini-camp in June. Last month Little was arrested for felony DWI. In 1998 Little hit a woman while driving drunk and the woman later died. In 1999 he pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges…. Kurt Warner will also miss the mini-camp because he’s looking for another team to join. That team won’t be the Cowboys, though. In an interview with the Springfield News-Leader, team owner Jerry Jones said yesterday that they’re not interested in acquiring Warner’s services. Orlando Pace will also skip the workouts….. The Rams named their captains yesterday. They are: Aeneas Williams, Marshall Faulk, Marc Bulger, Tyoka Jackson and Jeff Wilkins.
