A federal judge has put out a 163 page opinion saying he’s disgusted that two juvenile officers led a raid on the Heartland Christian Academy more than two years ago. Federal Judge E. Richard Webber says it better not happen again unless investigators can prove that children are in “imminent danger.” Heartland is near Bethel, in north Missouri. Webber says child abuse investigators overstepped their authority when the school was raided and 115 students were removed. Investigators at the time said the school’s discipline policies were abusive.
