The Legislature says Missourians need to eat with common sense and if they don’t, it’s their own fault they get fat. A proposed law sent to the Governor says those who produce, advertise and sell food cannot be sued by those who eat too much. The Legislature has passed the “Common Sense Food Consumption Act.” It’s been sent to the Governor for his signature.
