Democratic presdiential candidate John Kerry’s visit to Springfield Friday has been moved to Fulton. Kerry has been invited to speak at Westminsiter College. Westminister’s president invited Kerry to speak after Vice President Dick Cheney’s speech there Monday was more of a campaign speech than Westminister officials had expected.
